Jim is a log scaler for Pacific Rim Log Scaling Bureau. He has twenty eight years experience with Puget Sound/Pacific Rim. Pacific Rim was created in 2000 by the merger of Puget Sound and Grays Harbor Bureaus. Jim scaled at the Washington Alder Sawmill in Mount Vernon part time since its opening in 1999, full time there since 2001. He is a graduate of Sedro-Woolley H.S and Everett Community College with AA in Pre Forestry and Engineering and an ATA in Forest Technology.
