Glen Ahrens

Glenn is currently the Oregon State University Extension Forester for Clatsop and Tillamook Counties. He has a B.S. in Forestry from Humboldt State University (1982) and an M.S. in Forest Science from Oregon State University (1990). Glenn has experience in research, Extension, and private consulting focused on western hardwoods since 1984. This experience includes 4 years working with the OSU Hardwood Silviculture Cooperative. His current duties with the Extension Service include continuing applied research and education efforts focused on red alder.
